• By using our services, Clients confirm they have the legal authority to enter a binding contract.

3. Scope of Services

• TechLink Innovations offers IT solutions, consulting, development, and digital transformation services as per the requirements specified in service agreements.
• Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs, and modifications to the original agreement may be required.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement.
• Delayed payments may incur interest and/or service suspension.
• For ongoing projects, partial or milestone payments may be required.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• TechLink Innovations is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Client information. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of service delivery confidential unless required by law to disclose such information.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to services provided, including but not limited to designs, software, and documentation, remain the property of TechLink Innovations unless otherwise specified.
• Clients receive a limited license to use any deliverables only for their intended purposes, as outlined in the service agreement.
• Clients shall not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any deliverables without express permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the successful delivery of services.
• Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services.
• Any delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling or extended timelines.

8. Service Availability and Support

• TechLink Innovations will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of services and provide support as agreed in the service contract.
• Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary unavailability, and TechLink Innovations will provide advance notice where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

• TechLink Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific services resulting in the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

• TechLink Innovations provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the Client's specific needs.
• Any warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract.
• Upon termination, the Client is responsible for any outstanding payments due for services rendered up to the termination date.
• Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to our services shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• TechLink Innovations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will be available on our website.
• Continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
